What to Expect in Your First Session

– Sessions are relaxed, friendly and designed for complete beginners
– You’ll usually be in a small group with others who are also new
– A qualified coach will guide you step by step
– Sessions typically last around 60 minutes
– There’s no pressure to be ‘good’ — it’s all about having a go

No, you don’t need to buy anything to get started.
Most introduction sessions provide clubs and balls, so you can simply turn up and give it a go. If you enjoy it and want to continue, you can look at equipment later, but there’s no rush and no pressure.

You don’t need special golf clothes to start. Comfortable, everyday clothing and trainers are absolutely fine for beginner sessions. The most important thing is that you feel relaxed and able to move easily.
