Get into Golf Week returns from Monday 3 August to Sunday 9 August 2026.

Whether you’ve never picked up a club before, want to try something new with friends, are looking for a family activity during the summer holidays, or are thinking about getting back into golf, this week is designed to help you take that first step.

Across England, golf clubs and facilities will be hosting welcoming activities for beginners, families, juniors and returning golfers.

What is Get into Golf Week?

Get into Golf Week is a national campaign helping more people discover that golf can be enjoyable, sociable, active and accessible.

During the week, clubs, driving ranges and golf facilities across the country will be offering beginner-friendly sessions, giving you the chance to try golf in a way that feels relaxed and welcoming.

You don’t need to be a member.
You don’t need your own equipment.
You don’t need to know the rules.

Just come along, give it a go and see if golf could be for you.
